When will the advent calendar be shipped?
After the end of the ordering period on 17.11.2025, all Legendary Advent Calendars will be prepared for shipping with us and will then be handed over to DHL between 19.11. and 24.11.25.
This way your advent calendar will be with you on time before December 1st! You will receive a shipping confirmation by email a few days in advance.
Will I like the items in the advent calendar?
We always put a lot of effort into compiling the calendars so that there is something for many different interests. So the chances are very high that you will also like many items in it!
How long can the Legendary Advent Calendar be ordered?
The planned ordering period begins on 04.08. and runs until 17.11.2025, but that's just the theory: The quantity is limited and in recent years the advent calendar has always sold out well before the end of the ordering period.
Is there a risk of having duplicate items if you've bought the Lootbox or previous advent calendars?
No!
None of the items have ever been included in an Epic Lootbox or in any of our previous advent calendars.
How do I pay?
You have many different payment options with us. Credit card, Paypal, Google Pay, or shopPay. We can accept Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay credit cards.
Unfortunately, payment by direct debit is no longer possible. We had to discontinue this due to increasing costs, sharply rising fraud cases, and major system changes on our end.
Can I order a Lootbox from abroad?
The Legendary Advent Calendar is unfortunately only available in Germany and Austria in 2025.
This is not only because we can currently only ship the advent calendars within the EU but also because they contain items with German-language instructions that we cannot translate.
Can I specify a Packstation as an address?
We do not recommend this. This is partly due to the size and weight of the advent calendar. Many Packstations will have problems with such a large box. In recent years, there have unfortunately been repeated problems with this, and we don't want you to receive your advent calendar late because of a Packstation.
Since I live near you, I would like to pick up the items.
Please understand that in order to keep the price as low as possible, we have to keep the workload as low as possible.
To do this, we have service providers who partially handle the packing or shipping for us. This means that we cannot pick out individual packages from the batch and set them aside for pickup.
What if I move before the advent calendar is shipped?
Then please send an email to service@getdigital.de and we will change the address for you.
What if I don't like individual items in the calendar?
The Legendary Advent Calendar is a surprise box. We have put it together so that there is something for everyone interested in fantasy, science fiction, superheroes, comics, computer games, series, cinema, or other pop culture topics. But you never know exactly what it is - that's part of the product.
Of course, you can cancel the calendar up to 14 days after receipt and return it as a whole, but you cannot cancel individual items in it.
And what about defective items?
If there are any problems, for example, if a gadget is defective, please write us an email at service@getdigital.de.
You will then receive a prompt response from us and also a replacement!
Can I recognize the contents from the stickers on the packages?
No.
The daily stickers only revolve around the day number. They have nothing to do with the content.
