A receiver is plugged into the USB port of your computer, which then sends a signal to a transmitter that you carry with you. As soon as you leave a radius of 2m around your precious device, all access is prevented.
Upon your return, it automatically unlocks itself again.
The Wireless PC Lock supports Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP and here you can also find a driver for Linux.
