Most of the jobs we geeks and nerds have are not typically associated with fame or glamour. No matter how important and interesting a job might be, most people stop listening as soon as they hear that numbers and formulas are involved. Even though some people claim that the right job might even lead to nerds being surrounded by real models!

At least that’s what the "Economists do it with models" T-Shirt states. In addition to the formulas of an NKM model, which all economists should know by heart, the t-shirt claims that economists do it with models. If that isn’t an incentive to get into economics, we don’t know what is! Well, as long as you interpret the model as "a person who is a model" and not "an economic model" ;).
