It's safe to say that the Necronomicon (lit. translation: concerning the rites/laws of the dead), an arcane tome envisioned by H.P. Lovecraft, is the most famous spellbook in all of fantasy literature. After all, the book frequently appears outside of the Cthulhu mythos and offers evil wizards everything they could ever want: curses, spells, summoning rituals – if it's evil, it's in the Necronomicon.

But soon, more mundane things such as grocery lists or doodles could take the space of those vile sorceries! Because the 180 illustrated pages of the Cthulhu Notebook "Necronomicon" offer ample space for whatever you want to write on them. Just because the hardcover book has a picture of Cthulhu on the front and his original description on the back, you are not forced to use the Necronomicon for spells and other arcane matters, right?
